Starting Sunday July 1, there will be a new Sunday School class on parenting small children (under 12). Our studies will be based on The Five Love Languages of Children by Gary Chapman and Ross Campbell. This class is open to parents, parents-to-be, god-parents, teachers and anyone involved with children's ministry at our church. You're welcome to join us in the back room of 86 Beverly (middle building).
The Five Love Languages of Children is an adaptation of the original book on communications in a marriage relationship. That was still one of the best books we've studied in our couples group and I look forward to applying that to parenting.
We don't have many small children in our English congregation so I expect the class to be small. Thus come prepared to share your experiences.
